EFT uses modern psychology along with ancient Chinese accupuncture points (without needles) to tap into the body’s energy system providing relief from stress and other emotional or physical pain as well as weight loss.
Hypnosis is a naturally occurring positive and beneficial state. We all experience it on a day to day basis. Although the word comes from the greek word ‘hypnos’ meaning sleep, hypnosis is not actually sleep. Hypnosis is a relaxed state where the mind becomes open to suggestion and change.
We can use this hypnotic state to make suggestions to the subconscious mind. As a result, this helps bring the subconscious into alignment with your conscious goals.
