Stress is how we react when we feel under pressure or threatened. It usually happens when we are in a situation that we don’t feel we can manage or control.
Stress can come from many different places and manifest in different ways.
In the workplace this may be from interacting with work colleagues, being overwhelmed with work or even the commute to work. Sometimes the amount of responsbilities you have at work can cause stress.
Within your personal life, relationships, environment and run-of-the-mill situations can all contribute to stress levels.
Some stress is actually good for you. Eustress is beneficial in health, motivation, performance and emotional well-being. For example, stress before an exam can be motivating if you know you have studied well. However, stress becomes a problem when it starts interfering with your life.
Stress can manifest mentally, physically and in behaviour changes.
EFT and Hypnosis have been shown to be able to help with stress. Hypnosis helps you to relax and EFT can help to improve stress levels. Research in Australia found EFT to help. Peta Stapleton in research undertaken at Bond University showed participants experienced the following:

In our intial consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and how I may be able to help you. If we’re happy to proceed, we’ll schedule a time each week to work together.
After an intial four weeks, we will review the goals and the progress and plan next steps.
EFT, hypnotherapy and coaching are not an overnight fix but sustained over several weeks or more can have lasting positive effects on your life.
