Weight Loss

Weight loss can be difficult. It’s not like smoking that you could give up and live happily ever after – we need to eat.

Eating is also not only something we need to do on a daily basis to survive.

We use eating to celebrate occasions like weddings, birthdays, holidays etc but also when we’re stressed and needing comfort. No matter whether the eating has positive or negative connotations, we’re still eating.

Eating is wrapped up in so much emotion. Hypnotherapy and EFT can be used to help break the patterns of overeating and cravings as well as help with the underlying causes of comfort eating (stress).

Within an initial consultation, we create weight loss goals and establish pathways to meet that goal. It could be that you want to eat healthier or start some gentle exercise. EFT and Hypnotherapy can help you implement the lifestyle changes you desire.

I use EFT and hypnotherapy to help you beat cravings and help you lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way.

How I work with clients

Complete this form and submit your answers. Once I receive your completed form, I will review and contact you within 48 hours to make an appointment for a free initial consultation.

In our intial consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and how I may be able to help you. If we’re happy to proceed, we’ll schedule a time each week to work together.

After an intial four weeks, we will review the goals and the progress and plan next steps.

EFT, hypnotherapy and coaching are not an overnight fix but sustained over several weeks or more can have lasting positive effects on your life.

All my appointments take place online so no matter where you are, EFT and hypnotherapy can help you.

Investment In Yourself

The investment in yourself is £85 per session.

You are not tied into a contact, however, I also offer packages of sessions at a slightly discounted rate.
